Over a 26-year tenure, my trajectory spanned critical data management and executive operations roles—including Data Entry Manager and Director of Merchant Services. Throughout this time, I built and managed the engine behind our data integrity: designing proprietary menu-editing tools, managing large-scale content curation for diverse verticals, and directing the onboarding of 12,000+ B2B clients. I specialized in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams, always maintaining a steadfast commitment to meticulous process documentation, rigorous quality assurance, and brand integrity. With exceptional clerical strengths, cross-functional coordination, document control, and user acceptance testing (UAT), I am looking to apply my extensive operational background to support administrative, library, or editorial workflows.
