I work where new technology meets real organizations, and that is rarely as smooth as it looks on the roadmap. As a Senior Consultant for Digital Workplace, Change and Internal Communication, I guide organizations through exactly that friction. Since 2019, across more than 40 transformation and digital workplace projects in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, 18 of them as Lead Consultant for Change & Communication (sub-project lead). My focus is intranet platforms and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I am the bridge between technical implementation and the people who are meant to work with it: from communication in intranet rollouts with Haiilo, Staffbase and SharePoint Online, through Teams and Viva Engage, to the adoption of new AI tools. Most recently, I designed, introduced and ran Viva Engage at a public-sector pension institution in Germany, with more than six months of operations, from governance through to handover. In parallel, I spent four months supporting Copilot introductions across several client projects.
