I'm a Product Owner with experience leading digital transformation, enterprise software implementations, and product strategy across nonprofit organizations, fintech, SaaS, consulting, and enterprise banking. My background spans product ownership, Agile delivery, Salesforce and nCino platforms, stakeholder management, change management, and process optimization. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of environments—from serving in AmeriCorps and supporting nonprofit initiatives, to helping scale a rapidly growing fintech company, consulting with financial institutions across the country, and leading enterprise product initiatives within the digital industry space. These experiences have taught me how to adapt quickly, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create meaningful business impact. A defining part of my career was my time at nCino, where I held multiple roles spanning support, technical leadership, customer success, and product-focused initiatives. I joined during a period of rapid growth and had a front-row seat to the company's evolution from a fast-growing fintech startup into a publicly traded global leader serving financial institutions worldwide. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for scaling technology, supporting customers, and driving continuous improvement in complex environments. Most recently, I've led large-scale platform enhancements, enterprise data migration initiatives, and cross-functional product delivery efforts within the banking industry. I'm also the co-founder and developer of CHASER, a mobile application built to modernize the trading card hobby. Using AI-powered development tools and modern cloud technologies, I've helped design and build the platform from concept to launch, with a planned public release in November 2026. I enjoy solving complex problems, bringing people together around a shared vision, and building products that create real value for users.
