I lead service operations in regulated technology environments where resilience, accountability and customer confidence are non-negotiable. Most recently, I held functional ownership of end-to-end IT Service Management across digital banking platforms, leading service governance, major incident response and supplier oversight within a regulated fintech setting. My focus has always been clear: build stable operating models, protect service integrity and ensure commercial commitments are met. I am the escalation point when complexity increases — whether that’s a high-severity incident, a supplier performance issue or the need to introduce stronger operational control. I bring structure where it’s needed, calm leadership during disruption, and the discipline to embed preventative service frameworks across incident, problem, change and release management. Having recently stepped away from my previous role, I’m now exploring senior Service Operations, Incident Management and IT Operations opportunities where I can bring steady leadership, regulatory awareness and operational resilience to organisations that value safe, accountable delivery.
