Current K-3 Music Teacher and graduate of Southern Illinois University’s Organizational Learning, Innovation, and Development (OLID) program. Passionate about designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive real results in both in-person and digital environments. With 11+ years of combined experience in classroom instruction, workforce training, and visual communication, I specialize in instructional design, talent development, performance support, and creating accessible digital learning assets. As a K-3 Music Teacher at Benton Grade School in Southern Illinois, I deliver interactive lessons using the Quaver Music digital platform, adapt content in real time to meet diverse learner needs, and facilitate engaging group experiences for approximately 100 students. Previously, as Customer Service Representative II at Wisconsin Physicians Services, I trained groups of 5–15 employees on OnBase document management workflows and educated members/providers on health plan policies and self-service tools — all through phone, email, and digital channels. My background as a Graphic Designer and Awards Specialist at All Stars N Stitches further strengthens my ability to create clear, visually engaging training materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite. I bring hands-on facilitation skills, a Bachelor’s in OLID, and proven experience translating complex processes into easy-to-understand learning experiences. Based in Benton, Southern Illinois (Central Time Zone), I am eager to bring my expertise to fully remote, hybrid, or Southern Illinois-based L&D, Instructional Design, Talent Development, Digital Coach, or Organizational Development roles.
