Virtual Administrative Assistant
I'm a Virtual Administrative Assistant with a background in law, bringing precision, strong organisational skills, and a structured approach to supporting busy professionals and growing businesses. Day to day, I provide support with email and calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, data entry, file organisation, expense tracking and reporting, travel planning and itinerary preparation, internet research and reporting, social media content planning, content creation, project coordination, workflow management, and general administrative support. My toolkit includes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Calendly, Doodle, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Loom, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Canva, and Buffer. I'm comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting to the tools my clients already use. What sets me apart is the legal training behind my administrative work. I hold an LL.B from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. During my legal training, I gained experience supporting litigation work through legal drafting, pleadings, case file organisation, legal research, court schedules, and document management in a traditional law firm setting. More recently, I worked remotely with a U.S.-based attorney, handling document review, editing, and citation work across our caseload, where accuracy, confidentiality, and careful attention to detail were essential. This combination allows me to support clients with more than day-to-day administration. Whether it's managing operations behind the scenes, organising complex information, coordinating projects, or assisting with legal and document-intensive workflows, I bring a dependable, systematic approach to every task. I'm currently open to remote opportunities as a Virtual Administrative Assistant, Legal Virtual Assistant, or in a hybrid administrative support role.
