I am an R&D Scientist with a strong background in microbiology and immunology, specializing in the development of innovative probiotic and postbiotic products. My experience spans strains isolation, functional characterization, manufacturing, and clinical development, bridging scientific findings with commercial applications. Building on my expertise in growth optimization of strictly anaerobic bacteria, I lead R&D projects focused on in vitro functional characterization and contribute to the design and support of clinical studies, helping translate laboratory findings into clinically validated probiotic products. I provide scientific support to sales, contribute to peer-reviewed publications and white papers, and serve as the biosafety reference for the R&D laboratory.
