Charlie Krouse

I am a community engagement and fundraising professional with over eight years of experience delivering campaigns, programmes, and public facing initiatives across the nonprofit and public sectors. My work has focused on building engaged communities, increasing access to essential services, and driving measurable outcomes through strategic outreach and storytelling. I have led large scale campaigns and fundraising efforts, including managing an $800,000 campaign goal within seven months, and have developed and delivered successful fellowship programmes that trained emerging leaders and contributed to the passage of key state policies. I bring strong experience in CRM systems including Salesforce, EveryAction, and Raiser’s Edge, alongside a data led approach to engagement, donor management, and programme evaluation.
