CHRL-certified People & Culture leader with 9 years of progressive HR experience across high-growth technology, fintech, and mission-driven organizations. Experienced partnering with leaders and employees across Canadian and U.S. workforces, with expertise in People Operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent programs, HR policy, and HR technology. In my most recent role at Wave Financial, I led the People Operations team for a 350-person workforce and advised senior leaders and managers on employee relations, performance, compensation, and broader People priorities. I have also built an HR function from the ground up as the first HR practitioner at the ALS Society of Canada.
