I am a seasoned corporate and commercial attorney with deep expertise in venture backed companies of various sizes. I have built out a law firm office and was the second lawyer at a large 50/50 joint venture. I have served as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of a public pharmaceutical company and managed governance, board communications, contracts, compliance and risk management. I understand how to analyze legal issues in the broader context of the business objectives and that the legal department has to be a partner to the departments it supports.
