I have over 25 years of extensive remote working experience with the implementation and execution of project and program management, resource planning and management (both direct and indirect), including all aspects of team development, creative problem solving, and performance optimization. I obtained my initial PMP certification in May of 2001 and I hold an IBM Senior PM Certification designation, and I have extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. I also have a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. As Senior Program Manager and as a Workforce Management Partner, I am a trusted business operations advisor and delivery leader in a very ambiguous and ever-changing environment. I work closely with cross functional teams, executive leadership and am responsible for stakeholder management. I successfully implement transformative change management, working with global resources, providing coordination and optimization at every level. I possess strong analytical and collaborative talents and have experience with both direct and matrixed resource management. A recent accomplishment was as leader of a global transformation project, implementing global process standardization tools within workforce resource capacity planning & management. This included gathering C-level executives, technical talent and global resources to perform data gathering, problem identification, developing strategic initiatives, team building and management over multiple agile iterations and with great success. My communication skills and collaborative style are some of my biggest strengths. I am acutely adept at tackling challenges using both strategic and tactical styles to deliver impactful results, with strong leadership and collaboration.
