Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise and SMB clients mainly in SaaS, hospitality, e‑commerce and telephony. I help new customers start with a product, understand how it fits their day‑to‑day work, and see value as early as possible. My experience covers end‑to‑end onboarding projects, ongoing account management and hands‑on technical support across chat, email and calls. ​ I have worked with enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies in the US, as well as many SMB clients. I am comfortable talking with both business and technical stakeholders, running training sessions and managing several projects at the same time. I also enjoy mentoring new colleagues and improving internal processes and documentation so the whole team can work better. ​ I am fluent in Spanish and English and open to remote roles across EMEA or hybrid roles in Ireland (Waterford, Cork, Tipperary, Kilkenny, Wexford). I am especially interested in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding and Technical Implementation roles where I can connect with clients, solve problems and help them grow with the product
