At Houseful, an RBC company, I managed a portfolio of 450+ accounts across two Canadian territories that were the worst performing on the team. I built the company's first mandatory onboarding program from scratch, including live platform walkthroughs, structured coaching cadences, and documented playbooks. That program was later adopted as the standard across all markets. Through disciplined data-driven outreach using Salesforce, Looker, and Tableau, I turned both territories from last place to number one. BC open rates went from 65% to 93% and Ontario from 72% to 92%. Acceptance rates improved from 29% to 41% and 30% to 51%.
