I help companies improve how their operations, financial systems, data, and reporting work together so leaders have better visibility, teams spend less time working around their systems, and the business can make decisions with greater confidence. My background spans business transformation, ERP and financial systems, operational improvement, analytics, planning, and executive reporting. I work across Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into practical processes, system structures, reporting, and governance that can scale. Through LGI Consulting, I support organizations with ERP implementations, post-implementation stabilization, process improvement, reporting, and operational transformation. NetSuite is a core area of expertise, but my focus is the business behind the system: how transactions flow, how financial results are produced, how teams work, and whether leadership can trust the information they use to make decisions. Recent consulting work has included improving ERP-to-reporting accuracy to less than 1% variance, eliminating 40 to 50 hours per month of manual reporting, identifying more than $100K in margin leakage, and reducing aged approval and fulfillment backlogs by approximately 25%. I bring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across business process optimization, ERP and NetSuite, financial systems, executive reporting, BI and analytics, data governance, change management, planning, and AI-enabled business improvement. My goal is simple: help organizations build better processes, stronger information, and sustainable business capability, not simply implement technology.
