Customer Service Rep
I’m a great customer service representative with a highly sensitive and diverse background that has helped me build a strong understanding of how to connect with people and support them in a meaningful way. My experience ranges from working as a server and bartender—where I had to stay calm, attentive, and friendly while handling multiple requests at once—to working from home, where communication, organization, and professionalism were essential to meet expectations and solve issues efficiently. I’ve also been actively going to school while managing my responsibilities, which has taught me discipline, time management, and how to stay focused under pressure. Currently, I’m training to become a dental assistant, and I’m especially drawn to roles where I can help others, be patient, and make people feel comfortable. I genuinely love talking to people, greeting new customers, and emphasizing with them, because I understand that everyone may be dealing with something stressful or unfamiliar. I also enjoy problem-solving and finding solutions quickly, while staying respectful and understanding. In addition, I have no problem multitasking and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
