Events and field marketing leader with 13 years of experience running executive events, conferences, and field marketing programs for B2B tech and innovation companies (Dev.Pro, StartSe, WeWork). I own the full event lifecycle end to end: strategy, budget and P&L, vendor and production agency management, content curation and speaker relationships, on-site team logistics, and sponsor relationships - always in close partnership with Sales and C-level leadership, with strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Service. I'm a native Portuguese speaker with fluent English, and I'm actively building AI fluency for marketing workflows.
