Over the last 2+ years, I’ve helped 6 job seekers land roles by rebuilding resumes, aligning experience to job requirements, and coaching interviews with real screening questions and realistic practice. I’ve had repeat clients come back for new roles because I consistently improve their positioning and confidence. Two of my biggest wins were helping someone reach their PT school/job track goal and helping another candidate get into Boeing. I’m also big on skills-based hiring: if someone has certifications but no paid experience, I check personal projects and consistency over time to find the hidden strong workers.
