At age 19 I’ve been a warehouse problem solver and icqa/inventory specialist at Amazon for about 6 months now getting promoted to problem solver in only a month(for most amazonians it can take upwards of 3 months to get into that department and have an extensive history of customer service which routes back all the way to age 16-19. On top of my work experience I have a technical background dating to age 15 when I learned the basics of HTML and CSS to create small websites for hobbies i was into at the time that I never quite published.This diverse history gives me a unique set of skills that I believe would take me far in an it help desk/call center position or a data entry positions. During my lengthy time in the customer service industry I not only learned how to handle customers professionally but calmly and how to diffuse angry people. Due to part of this experience being in a wireless sales background I also was able to gain quite a bit of experience troubleshooting technical issues with customers. Along with in the wireless sales industry, in my time as a problem solver I have learned how to use multiple softwares in less than a weeks time for example: Sideline App and FCResearch which is used extensively in multiple warehouses across the US. I used it to manage our digital inventory in several ways such as but not limited to aligning our digital inventory to match the physical inventory in each container and marking physically damaged items in our digital inventory as unsellable so it could get directed and moved to the correct department. On top of the knowledge i already acquired I also learned how to accurately and briskly count and log inventory into our system in an organized manner. Along with my large work history I also have a personal fascination with technology providing me the comfort to easily learn new technical software, teach others skills to successfully troubleshoot on their own and most importantly be able to work comfortably on my own.
