Bowen Saylor

I recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary General Studies and a minor in Business, maintaining a 3.65 GPA and earning Dean's List recognition. Prior to UCF I completed an Associate of Arts in Finance at Indian River State College, where I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Professionally I have worked in high-volume hospitality environments for several years, developing strong communication, time management, and customer service skills. Outside of my hospitality work I co-founded a real estate investment LLC and am actively acquiring and rehabbing income-producing properties which has given me hands-on experience in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and project management. I am detail-oriented, a strong writer, and highly capable of evaluating information critically and objectively.
