What do you do? I’m a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with experience testing fintech, e-commerce, health, and edtech applications. I specialize in manual and automated testing, test planning, regression testing, exploratory testing, API and UI validation, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable software. I’m also actively growing my expertise in test automation and AI-powered QA. For how long? I have over 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing, currently working as an SDET in the fintech industry. What are two things you achieved? I received the Next Rated QA of the Year Award by Scandium, recognizing my contribution and growth in software quality assurance. I have contributed to large-scale fintech releases and regression cycles, identifying and reporting critical issues across mobile applications, payment and bill-payment services, and new product features. I’ve also taken on opportunities to share knowledge through speaking, mentoring, and the tech community. What kind of remote role do you want next? I’m looking for a remote SDET, QA Engineer, or Quality Engineer role where I can take more ownership of quality engineering, test automation, and QA strategy. I’m particularly interested in teams building fintech, SaaS, or innovative technology products, where I can combine strong testing fundamentals with automation and AI to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery.
