Customer Service Representative
I've spent years working in roles where people always came first, volunteering in communities, supporting a humanitarian organization, and teaching and that's genuinely where my heart is. Helping people, solving problems, and making things easier for others isn't just what I do, it's who I am. Along the way, I picked up certifications in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, and Prompt Engineering, and got trained in Tech so I'm comfortable with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot Google workspace etc. I also grew a YouTube channel to over 1,000 subscribers in two months using AI content — which showed me just how much I enjoy finding smart, creative solutions. Now I'm looking for a remote customer support or virtual assistant role where I can bring that same energy, someone who actually cares, shows up consistently, and genuinely wants to make your clients feel heard and valued.
