Fourteen years building the front end of web products — the part people see and click. For eight of them I was the architect for insurance products across Southeast Asia: I joined a Bangkok startup when it was under five people, built the software that put Thailand's independent insurance brokers online, and stayed through its acquisition into a five-country group. I now run my own products, where AI agents write most of the code and my real job is the system that keeps what they write consistent and correct.
