I manage multi-country energy and billing cost portfolios, validating invoices, building budgets, and resolving cost discrepancies across regulated and deregulated markets. I've done this for 4+ years, most recently managing a portfolio of 25 international clients across France and the US covering 568 electricity and gas meters, where I catch billing errors before they reach clients and deliver tailored budgets for accounts spanning six industries. Two results I'm proud of: I built a US client portfolio from zero to 59 meters (44 electricity, 15 gas) by onboarding a major enterprise account across four utility providers, and at Aircall I handled an average of 55 billing tickets a day (up to 90 at peak) across a high-volume EMEA account base while cutting repeat errors by rewriting the internal procedures causing them. I'm looking for my next remote role as a Billing Analyst, Cost Analyst, or Financial Analyst, ideally somewhere with multi-country or multi-market complexity where accuracy and clear client reporting matter. I'm trilingual (Spanish, English, French), used to working across time zones and regulatory frameworks, and comfortable owning a process end to end without heavy oversight.
