I am a trilingual French, English and Arabic customer success, sales and operations professional with 9+ years of experience across international customer service, technical support, consultative sales and operations. In my current remote role with Yoummday, I support short-term rental hosts and property managers by understanding their business needs, helping optimize their listings and managing client accounts and follow-ups. My previous experience includes operations management, customer service, technical support, outbound sales and client relationship management. I have worked across phone, email and chat environments and am experienced with CRM and support tools including Salesforce, Zendesk, Odoo and Jira. I also bring a background in management and applied finance, allowing me to combine strong customer communication with a business-focused approach. I am now looking for a fully remote international opportunity in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations or Sales Development where I can build long-term client relationships, solve customer problems and contribute to business growth.
