Audrey Hunton

I’m a Registered Nurse with nearly a decade of healthcare experience, including several years as an LPN and experience in hospice case management, long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, memory care, and home health. In my current role as a Hospice Care Manager, I independently manage patient needs, complete assessments and clinical documentation, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams. Two accomplishments I’m especially proud of are advancing from an STNA to an LPN and then earning my RN license while continuing to work and care for my family, and successfully adapting to multiple healthcare settings as a travel nurse while maintaining safe, compassionate care. These experiences strengthened my communication, organization, time management, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently. I’m now seeking a full-time remote RN position in case management, care coordination, telephone triage, patient education, utilization review, or clinical support. I’m looking for a long-term role where I can use my nursing experience to help patients navigate their care while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
