I'm a fractional CFO and COO for nonprofits and government contractors in the $5M–$150M range who need help with audits, scaling, or serious operational restructuring. I spent two decades managing financial operations in federal agencies. Long enough to know what audit findings really mean, how federal compliance actually works in practice, and what it looks like when an organization's systems break under their own growth. I have executive education credentials from WashU at Brookings and the Federal Executive Institute. Most of the organizations I work with are in one of three spots: they're facing a significant audit with findings they don't know how to remediate, they've outgrown their current financial infrastructure and nobody's sure what to fix first, or they're trying to professionalize operations after running lean for too long.
