Customer Service Management
I have several years of experience in electronic health records, forming strong work relationships with Doctors and other staff members. I have 3 years of management experience with a team of 9. I've worked in an office setting along with working remotely. I succeed in both, but the ability to focus more from working from home is a plus. I've made cold calls to patients for appointments, phone calls to offer new delivery of medication through the mail. I managed a team that kept patients' medications from running out of refills, sending the refill requests to the Doctors/APRNs through an EHR. The company I worked for used Intergy, I also have experience in a program called Pioneer RX.
