Two Key Achievements Elevating Data Maturity from Ad-Hoc to Defined (DAMA-DMBOK): Spearheaded the roadmap to transform enterprise data maturity—designing governance structures, establishing business data management roles, and laying the groundwork for centralized data modeling, metadata catalogs, and source registers. Integrating Complex Multi-System Data Landscapes: Successfully led the functional transition toward unified data platforms (such as CRI and RRI), removing fragmented spreadsheet-based workflows, establishing single-source-of-truth master data, and streamlining cross-system integrations across multiple partner organizations.
