Breaking Cycles, Building Futures | Trauma-Informed Career Strategist | Behavioral Health & Workforce Systems Specialist
I don’t just help people find jobs—I help them rebuild stability, identity, and direction when life has knocked them off course. As an Employment Counselor Specialist with the New Hampshire Employment Program, I work at the intersection of behavioral health, generational poverty, and workforce development. I support individuals navigating complex barriers—trauma, systemic inequities, mental health challenges—and help translate those realities into sustainable, forward-moving employment plans. My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and rooted in accountability with compassion. I’ve developed curriculum on generational poverty for both participants and state employees, contributed to policy and program development, and consistently work to bridge the gap between systems and the people they’re meant to serve. Beyond my professional role, I serve as a volunteer grief facilitator with the Center for Grieving Children, creating space for healing, reflection, and resilience. This work continues to shape how I show up—with honesty, emotional intelligence, and the ability to hold both struggle and growth at the same time. I’m currently pursuing advanced education in behavioral health and working toward licensure, with a long-term vision of expanding into leadership, consulting, and systems-level impact. I’m especially aligned with remote opportunities in: • Behavioral Health Care Coordination • Utilization Review / Case Management • Workforce Development & Program Strategy • Trauma-Informed Coaching & Support Services • Population Health & Social Impact Initiatives I bring structure where there is chaos, clarity where there is overwhelm, and strategy where there has only been survival.
