Customer Support and Administrative Administrator
I started as a front desk receptionist in 2015 and have spent the last ten years working my way through administrative assistant, executive assistant, and office manager roles across nonprofit, fintech, and tech. Two of those stops included stints in SaaS live chat support, which gave me a different lens on how organizations communicate with the people they serve. I'm good at the unsexy but essential work: keeping executive calendars from becoming disasters, making sure vendors get paid and held accountable, building the process docs no one else wants to write. At Pax8, I cut onboarding questions to the ops team by 40% and maintained a 99.8% accuracy rate handling tens of thousands of transactions monthly. At UpEquity, I helped grow a team from 40 to 130 while managing the travel, expense, and logistics programs that came with it. Remote-first works well for me. I'm comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, and Salesforce, and I've supported leadership across multiple time zones without needing someone to check in on me. Flexible or evening hours are fine — I do some of my best work when things are quiet.
