I am a U.S. citizen and India-qualified lawyer with 2.3 years of experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions, fintech regulation and corporate advisory matters. My experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, data processing agreements, financing documentation, logistics agreements and other commercial contracts for technology, fintech and e-commerce businesses. I have also advised on regulatory matters involving RBI frameworks, data protection, technology regulation and emerging technology issues. Most recently, I worked with CMS IndusLaw's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Fintech practice and was seconded to a leading e-commerce marketplace, where I supported technology procurement, commercial contracting and regulatory review projects. Prior to that, I worked in a transactional role advising startups and growth-stage businesses on commercial agreements, financing transactions and corporate matters.
