Angelica Elizbeth Smith

I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with 10+ years of experience in healthcare, including both in-person clinical settings and telehealth. My experience includes patient care and intake, OB/GYN support, care coordination, scheduling, patient education, electronic medical records, and supporting patients through telehealth services. I currently work as a Medical Assistant with Ascension St. Vincent OB/GYN and previously provided telehealth support with Best Buy Health. Over the course of my career, two accomplishments I am especially proud of are building extensive experience supporting patients remotely through telehealth and helping patients navigate their care through coordination, education, and follow-up. I have also developed the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments while maintaining accurate documentation and providing compassionate patient support. For my next role, I am looking for a fully remote position where I can use my clinical knowledge, patient communication skills, and telehealth experience. I am particularly interested in remote Medical Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, Care Management, Patient Support, or Healthcare Customer Service roles. I would like to join an organization where I can continue helping patients while contributing to a strong remote healthcare team.
