I'm a senior tech writer, course developer and communicator with over 25 years of experience, with Canadian and Irish (EU) citizenship. I've worked for organizations in the software, manufacturing, financial, and government/regulatory industries in situations that were on-site, remote, or hybrids of both; as the sole tech writer and as part of a team of writers. I have a lot of experience working in different authoring applications and enjoy learning new ones, providing deliverables in print, PDF, online systems, and multimedia/interactive presentations. I see it as my job to advocate for those who need to understand the information that subject matter experts possess, and to deliver it to them in a manner they can grasp and use productively.
