I am a Technology Manager and Software QA professional with 6+ years of experience across software testing, digital product delivery, and business operations. My background combines technical quality assurance, team coordination, and practical problem-solving to help deliver reliable technology solutions. I have worked on web and mobile applications across transportation, delivery, healthcare, and agricultural distribution. My experience includes manual testing, test case design, regression testing, API validation, defect tracking, workflow analysis, product launch support, and staff training. Two key achievements stand out. First, in my current Technology Manager role at Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC, I contribute to the EZI-BUS digital ticketing platform, which reached more than 10,000 users during its pilot stage.
