Andrey Yamaev

I am a Senior ML / Research Engineer with 8+ years of experience building machine learning systems in production. My core stack is PyTorch, CUDA and C++, and I have shipped large language model applications, agentic AI systems, on-device ML pipelines and computer vision products. Recent work includes training and fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing inference with custom CUDA kernels, and building multi-agent orchestration used by real customers. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and work fluently in English. I am based in Moscow, Russia and I am looking for a senior or lead remote role where I can work with a strong research and engineering team. I am open to fully remote positions from anywhere and also open to relocation to Europe. I am most interested in research engineer, staff ML engineer and applied scientist positions focused on LLMs, AI agents and efficient model deployment.
