I have 13 years of experience in customer service. In my last role as a work comp adjuster I managed a high case load while keeping a compliance rate of 95%. Compliance consisted of documentation of conversations with injured associates, filing paperwork with the state, timely wages, bill processing, clearing unclaimed property, and addressing referral responses. I recently completed a software bootcamp, and I am looking for a customer support role. I have been working remotely since 2020.
