I am a Salesforce Administrator and QA Engineer with four years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce-based products. My work combines Salesforce configuration and software testing. I have configured custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and Flows. On the QA side, I have performed functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing of managed packages, validated Salesforce seasonal releases, tested API version upgrades, prepared test data, and tracked defects through their full lifecycle. One of my main achievements was building more than 25 Flows from scratch, including record-triggered and auto-launched Flows, to support business processes. I also updated existing Flows when business requirements changed. Another key part of my work was finding pre-release defects, including configuration data resets and filters that didn't support standard Salesforce fields. These issues could have affected user workflows in production. I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator and regularly develop my skills through Trailhead, online courses, and practical work. For my next remote role, I am looking for a position that combines Salesforce administration and QA. I would like to work with Salesforce configuration, automation, testing, data, and environment setup while continuing to grow as a Salesforce professional.
