For over 20 years, I’ve helped engineering teams solve complex embedded systems challenges across Embedded Linux, RTOS, firmware architecture, BSP bring-up, Linux device drivers, secure boot, and real-time communication platforms on ARM-based systems. My experience spans medical devices, avionics, Bluetooth firmware, industrial automation, smart devices, and AI-enabled video streaming systems. At Riverside Solutions, I led Secure Boot and streaming architecture development for the NT98528 platform, reducing Web UI latency from 8 seconds to 250 ms, stabilizing the video pipeline and eliminating 15 daily firmware crashes, while accelerating delivery milestones by 2 weeks and enabling enterprise evaluation readiness ahead of schedule. During my assignment at Motorola Solutions through Mindteck, I worked as a Feature Architect on a dual-processor Non-HCI Bluetooth platform, optimizing FreeRTOS task scheduling and inter-processor I2C communication. This contributed to cutting firmware stabilization time from 14 days to 5 days, achieving 120-hour stable operation during continuous stress testing, and enabling all 7 milestone firmware releases to ship on schedule with zero customer escalations. At Medtronic projects, I contributed to IEC 62304 Class C compliant medical firmware architecture, resolving safety-critical defects and reducing firmware iteration cycles from 16 days to 6 while achieving zero audit non-conformities. A major focus throughout my career has been building scalable engineering processes, mentoring teams, and simplifying complex technical problems into reliable, production-ready solutions. I’ve consistently reduced onboarding time from months to weeks through structured documentation, reusable frameworks, and technical coaching. Core expertise includes Embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, Yocto, C/C++, Linux Device Drivers, U-Boot, OP-TEE, BSP Development, WebRTC, RTSP, Bluetooth Firmware, CI/CD, ARM Cortex platforms, and Secure Boot.
