I'm a HIPAA-certified Medical Virtual Assistant and Medical Scribe who helps healthcare providers spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. I write structured SOAP notes ready for provider review, keep schedules and telehealth appointments organized, and maintain accurate patient records in Ensora, Practice Better, and Practice Fusion. At my last remote role, I managed scheduling, intake, follow-ups, and patient files for a telehealth practice, which helped reduce scheduling gaps and missed appointments. Right now, I record vitals for 30+ patients a day at a primary healthcare centre and triage when needed, so I understand what providers need documented and why it matters. My Microbiology degree and hospital laboratory experience mean I’m comfortable with medical terminology and clinical detail.
