I have worked in different titles of customer service for over 20 years. My longest employment was for a call center, 13 years. At that corporation I also participated in additional roles, the email response team, the pharmacy help desk, an outbound call team as well as a subject matter expert assisting in training the new hires. My team mates commended me for my assistance when they needed guidance. I enjoy being able to help others. Whether that be customers or other colleges.
