For the past several years I've been the sole documentation owner for a multi-product backup-and-recovery SaaS portfolio at Veritas/Cohesity — regulated, security-adjacent enterprise software not unlike the environment your IAM administrators work in. I'm drawn to this role because it's a chance to go deeper into a single, focused domain (identity and access management) with a dedicated docs team, after years of covering broad ground on my own.
