I'm an ACA-qualified Transformation Director specialising in enterprise and technology transformation, target operating model design, and AI-enabled change across large, complex global organisations. I lead large-scale transformation programmes — designing operating models, governing delivery, and driving adoption through cross-functional influence rather than positional authority — with particular depth in resource management and engagement economics (fee planning, WIP, recovery, utilisation, chargeability). For how long? Over a decade in professional services, most recently as a Director at Deloitte UK. I trained and qualified as a chartered accountant there, then moved through audit delivery leadership into operating model and transformation leadership roles from 2018 onward. What are two things you achieved? Currently leading a US$3bn, firm-wide operating model transformation reaching 50,000+ practitioners across 60+ geographies — and have already achieved 100% adoption of the new operating model across every participating geography, with data reuse mechanisms that materially improved programme ROI. Owned a £50m transformation portfolio for a global engagement and delivery platform serving 5,000+ practitioners across 60+ countries, with full budget and vendor oversight and delegated financial/operational governance authority for the UK operating unit — including leading a Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement programme across nine locations. What kind of remote role do you want next? I'm open to both permanent and interim/contract mandates — ideally a Transformation Director, Head of Transformation, or Operating Model Director role (or an interim COO/Programme Director mandate) that's either UK-based or fully remote for an international organisation, where I can apply operating model design, programme governance, and AI-enabled change leadership at enterprise scale.
