I am a Human Anatomy graduate with hands-on experience in healthcare administration, patient support, medical documentation, and data entry at a diagnostic centre. My experience includes patient registration, organising medical records, preparing and proofreading laboratory results, coordinating appointments, responding to patient enquiries, and following up on pending registrations, payments, and results. I have also supported daily operations while managing multiple tasks in a busy healthcare environment. During my experience at Fidex Medical Lab, I contributed to two key outcomes: improving the organisation of patient records and laboratory results, and helping patients complete registration processes and obtain their results through consistent follow-ups. I supported approximately 1–10 patients daily and communicated with patients in person, by phone, and through WhatsApp. I am now seeking a fully remote Medical Virtual Assistant, Healthcare Administrative Assistant, Patient Support Assistant, or Data Entry role where I can apply my organisational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and healthcare knowledge. I am eager to support healthcare professionals and businesses by maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuing to develop my skills in remote work.
