I'm a Supply Chain & Operations professional based in Dallas, Texas, with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from UT Dallas (3.8 GPA) and hands-on experience spanning production planning, logistics coordination, freight dispatch, and business operations. Most recently, I co-founded Pristine Global Service, a commercial cleaning company where I oversee daily operations, manage partner responsibilities across sales, accounting, and field execution, and personally lead all digital client acquisition across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email. I've built systems from scratch — from scheduling and quality assurance to converting cold outreach into booked clients. Prior to that, I completed a Production Planning & Logistics Co-Op at Ethicon (Johnson & Johnson), where I created work orders, collaborated cross-functionally with QA and Manufacturing teams, ran daily reports in Excel and JD Edwards, and conducted competitor analysis to support weekly patch planning. I also managed freight dispatch operations at M&M Trucking, handling 5+ trucks daily and training new team members on load management tools. I'm proficient in risk management as I was doing part-time futures trading which has sharpened my real-time risk assessment and analytical thinking.
