I'm a platform engineer at Zocdoc, keeping the Kubernetes infrastructure running for millions of patients monthly across 30+ microservices. Before that at Flexport, I worked on migrating a monolithic platform to microservices and helped establish the deployment standards adopted across engineering teams. Most of my work comes down to making deployments fast and reliable, cloud costs reasonable, and observability proactive. At Zocdoc that's helped us cut AWS spend by $12K/month, reduce deployment time by 35%, and provide self-service tooling that lets engineers ship on their own. I use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor daily to move faster. Outside of work I enjoy good company, trying new things, and making time for myself, whether that's a new recipe, a new coffee shop, a new hobby, or a new city to explore.
