I'm a writer, editor, educator, and publishing professional with experience creating, editing, and managing content across a variety of formats and audiences. My background includes more than 20 years in education, along with experience in independent publishing, freelance writing and editing, content creation, email marketing, and social media. I've managed books from manuscript through publication, provided beta reading and developmental editing services, written articles and digital content, created marketing materials, and managed multiple projects and deadlines at once. One of my strengths is taking information, figuring out what the audience actually needs, and communicating it clearly. I'm comfortable learning new tools and subject areas, and I enjoy work that combines creativity with organization and attention to detail. I also use AI tools as part of my workflow for brainstorming, research, content development, and productivity. I'm currently looking for a remote role in writing, editing, content, communications, publishing, or education/EdTech where I can put that mix of experience to work.
