Hard working, tech savvy
I have worked with computers and many different programs all throughout my schooling at The Art Institute. Learning knew programs made me very adaptable. I’m very comfortable with a computer and am confident in my abilities behind a screen. Prior work I’ve done included using mainly a computer at the Department of Motor Vehicles as a technician. I worked with customers one on one about their Driver’s licenses, Commercial licenses and Identification cards. I’ve also advanced enough in my retail and food service jobs from Q and Subway to become a key holder. In other words I had access and a responsibility to these buildings in my managers stead. At Q I handled what I could about the merchandise, my coworkers, the customers and the store. My time at Subway was also catering to customers, merchandise, my coworkers and the store. However, in this position I was the closer. This meant I was cleaning and packing up shop alone every shift. In our store we handled everything for the last hour or so before closing on our own. I was very diligent in what I had to do before closing. I always made my own list and kept everything clean and easy for the morning shift. I enjoyed the independence and the responsibility I felt towards this position. Each job is very different from the last in occupation but all show how I’m willing to work with others and can manage on my own. I hold each job with pride and work the same way. I am hoping for a more independent remote job in data entry or some administrative jobs.
