Aleksandr Zamai

With over 11 years of experience in strategic procurement and end-to-end supply chain management, I have managed more than 250 international suppliers. In my previous role at Rostselmash LLC I have successfully reconfigured 23 supply chains in the face of geopolitical challenges, which helped ensure logistics stability and prevent shortages. This experience required not only a deep understanding of complex technical requirements and global negotiations with suppliers, but also the development of strategic solutions to optimize costs. I used a combination of technical, linguistic, and managerial skills to ensure an integrated approach to procurement management, which significantly optimized our company’s operational efficiency and helped us maintain our market position. More details stated in my CV enclosed.
