I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) operations and project management professional with over 7 years of experience driving cross-functional initiatives, streamlining processes, and supporting leadership across diverse industries including automation, security, healthcare, and finance. Throughout my career, I've built a reputation for turning complexity into clarity. At Fort Capital Partners, I created process guides for key company operations including onboarding and offboarding, procured and managed outsourced IT providers, led the associated projects end-to-end, and oversaw day-to-day operations across the organization. At Rockwell Automation, led training coordination and client-facing operations while conducting product quality assessments, lifecycle management, and compliance initiatives, improving service consistency and team performance. Managed installation scheduling and supply chain logistics across two provinces at ADT by Telus, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly targets. I'm currently seeking a fully remote role in areas such as supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, project or product management, or data analysis. I'm genuinely industry-agnostic, what excites me most is a company whose culture and mission I believe in, but most importantly the people.
