I have 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, and Docker. At Cloudesign, I spent 2 years working on CloudTrack, a multi-tenant logistics SaaS platform. I worked extensively on backend services and helped evolve the platform toward a microservices architecture. My work included designing APIs, building inter-service communication with RabbitMQ, implementing Redis caching, optimizing MongoDB queries and indexes, and working on event-driven and real-time workflows. I also worked on performance improvements that reduced latency on critical APIs by around 40–60%. I’ve also built RideFlow, a ride-sharing backend inspired by systems like Uber, where I worked on microservices for driver management, geolocation, matching, trips, and payments. This involved problems such as geospatial queries, real-time tracking, concurrent requests, idempotency, and reliable service-to-service communication. More recently, I’ve been building VoicePilot AI, a production-oriented AI voice receptionist. The system uses Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, Redis, WebSockets, ChromaDB, streaming speech-to-text, LLM-based reasoning, and text-to-speech. I’ve designed the system around a real-time pipeline where incoming voice data is streamed through transcription, agent reasoning, memory/RAG, tool execution, and response generation. This project has pushed me deeper into AI infrastructure, asynchronous processing, real-time systems, and designing reliable systems around LLMs.
